Man exposed himself to 11-year-old girl
Police in Basingstoke are appealing for information following an incident in Chineham on Wednesday, June 24.
PC John Goddard, from the Basingstoke targeted patrol team, said: “This was a frightening incident for the young girl and we are working hard to trace this man. Can you help?
