Two charged following Basingstoke house fire
Two people have been charged following a fire at an address in Basingstoke on Saturday, June 20. Ian Morgan, 22, of Haydn Road, Basingstoke, and Zoe Martin, 22, of Haydn Road, Basingstoke, are both charged with committing arson which could recklessly endanger life and obstructing the course of public justice. Both have been remanded to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 23.
