Man break the glass door of Barclays bank

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an incident of criminal damage in Basingstoke during the early hours of Sunday, May 24.

Just after 1.45am a man kicked the glass door of Barclays bank in Market Place as he walked past.

The man is described as: 

  • White
  • Approximately 6ft tall
  • Aged in his late teens or early 20s
     
  • Wearing a yellow tee-shirt with the word ‘Firetrap’ on it

PC Brent Williams, of the Basingstoke Town Centre Unit, said: “This was a mindless act of vandalism and we want to hear from anyone who knows who was responsible.”
