Man indecently exposed himself
Police in Basingstoke are appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman in the town on Thursday, June 4. At around 5.30pm a 12-year-old girl was walking along a path just off Stanford Road after the junction with Heathfield. As she walked she noticed a man and a woman ahead of her. The man indecently exposed himself to the woman and the woman screamed and then ran off towards Beecham Berry. The girl then ran off home. PC Stephen Rogerson, of the Basingstoke Targeted Patrol Team, said: “Incidents like this are rare in Basingstoke and we are keen to trace the person responsible. “We would also like to hear from the victim who has not contacted police to report the incident at this time. “Anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious should contact police as soon as possible.” Can you help?
