New Parking Rules

As of 31st March 2008, the borough council has to comply with the new Department of Transport parking regulations which are effective throughout the country. The main effect of this will be the level of fines (penalty charge notices). Currently the notices issued by the council are ?60 (?30 if paid within 14 days).
