This organisation should be renamed THE BENEFIT CENTRE as that is all it handles. The current name is a total misnomer. roger craggs says: i called yesterday to sign on, i was put through to an advisor who dealt with my claim in a very straightforward and professional manner, all my questions were answered. But given some of the abuse I heard them have to take I am not surprised they look glum sometimes. I am sick of ringing the job centre to ask for candidates. I have rung several times. Nobody has bothered to answer the phone.
